Our one room small cabins have the kitchen, eating area,
queen bed and TV in one room with a full bath. These cabins
accommodate 1-2 people.
Terms and
Conditions
1.
DEPOSIT:
a.
For Single Family Reservations (reserving less than 4
rooms/cabins, and are not part of a group reservation
attending a reunion, wedding, etc.): A deposit of one
night's lodging for each room reserved is due when the
reservation is made. Please note that the deposit is higher
for condos and homes, and can be found listed under the
Terms & Conditions for the specific property, i.e.
Eagles' Spirit, Tree House. The balance is due upon
arrival.
b.
For Group Reservations (reserving 4 or more rooms/cabins)
for Reunions, Wedding Parties, etc.: A deposit of fifty
percent (50%) of the rental amount is due when the
reservation is made. The balance is due upon arrival.
2.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
a. For Single Family Reservations (reserving less than 4
rooms/cabins, and is not part of a group reservation
attending a reunion, wedding, etc.): If the reservation is
cancelled more than two weeks prior to arrival, you will
receive a refund, less a $50.00 per room processing fee.
Please note that this fee is higher for condos and homes,
and can be found listed under the Terms & Conditions for the
specific property, i.e. Eagles' Spirit, Tree
House. If cancelled less than two weeks prior to arrival,
deposits are non-refundable. There are no refunds for unused
time due to late arrival or early departures. If guests do
not arrive on the first day of their reservation and do not
cancel or make alternative arrangements, the guest is
responsible for paying for the entire reserved stay and the
reservation is forfeited. The purpose of this policy is to
encourage you to notify us if you are not coming or you will
be arriving late.
b. For Group Reservations (4 or more rooms/cabins reserved)
for Reunions, Wedding Parties, etc.: If any part of a group
reservation is cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival,
you will receive a refund, less a $50.00 processing fee for
each unit cancelled. Please note that this fee is higher for
condos and homes, and can be found listed under the Terms &
Conditions for the specific property, i.e. Eagles' Spirit, Tree House. If cancelled less than 60 days
prior to arrival, deposits are non-refundable. There are no
refunds for unused time due to late arrival or early
departure. If guests do not arrive of the first day of their
reservation and do not cancel or make alternative
arrangements, the guest is responsible for paying for the
entire reserved stay and the reservation is forfeited. The
purpose of this policy is to encourage you to notify us if
you are not coming or you will be arriving late.
3.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in time is 4:00pm and
check-out time is 10:00am

TELEPHONE: There is no charge for local and toll free
calls. There is no charge for long distance calls, however,
you must use your personal calling card for international
calls.
5. NO
PETS: Please leave your pets at home. Due to wildlife
(e.g., mountain lions and bears - Oh my!) we cannot permit
pets anywhere on the premises, including in cars. There is a
minimum $250 charge for stowaway pets, and you will be asked
to leave with no refund. Check out the following lodgings if

6.
SMOKING: Absolutely no smoking in rooms (this includes
in doorways or near an open window)! Smoking is only
permitted outdoors on the lower deck. There is a minimum
$250 charge for smoking in the rooms.
